Exchanges:

There is no direct way to exchange an item on Multi Brand Store.
To exchange an item, please request a return on the item you want to exchange and order it again whether it was for a different size, color, style, or a combination of those.
Gift cards \ Coupons are not eligible for Exchange.

Returns:

We have made it extremely easy to request a return by accessing your account on https://multibrandstore.online/my-account/ or Contact Us FORM and self-requesting a return.
Return window is 7-days from the day of delivery of your order.
Returned items should be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
Returns are 100% free and you will not be charged if you used any digital payment to process your order.
Gift cards \ Coupons are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds:

Once your order has been returned and your return has been accepted and confirmed, your total refund amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.
Items purchased through gift-vouchers \ Coupons or gift-cards will be refunded as store credit.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {Multibrandstore, Habib Bank AG Zurich, AL QUSAIS, Baniyas Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
